An initiative for women empowerment

Masala Unit has been started with the aim of promoting self-reliance as also to provide livelihood to the ladies of the community. The major challenge is, however, the marketing of the masalas. Since its inception in 2000, Parichay’s scope of the vocational training has evolved interestingly. The training received by the kids have influenced the social pattern to a large extent. They are now more aware of their rights, are motivated, and are far more confident than they were earlier.
